Eligibility.<\/b>\u00a0 This Driftless Area Magazine<\/b> Sweepstakes (\u201cSweepstakes\u201d) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions.\u00a0 The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Sponsorship.<\/b>\u00a0 The Sweepstakes sponsor is Carl’s Paddlin<\/a><\/span>‘<\/strong> <\/span>(\u201cSponsor\u201d), located at 33783 US-14 Lone Rock, WI 53556<\/strong>.\u00a0 Sponsor and its\u00a0 respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.\u00a0 Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entry Period.<\/b> This Sweepstakes begins on September 1st, 2022<\/span><\/strong> and ends on August 31st, 2023<\/strong><\/span>. (\u201cEntry Period\u201d). The Driftless Area Magazine reserves the right to roll-over sweepstakes<\/strong> months if certain entry criteria is not met. See “Drawing” section below for specific information.

How to Enter.\u00a0 <\/b>This sweepstakes online entry form is located online at: Driftless Sweepstakes<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>. During the Entry Period, you will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, street address, phone number, and email address. An OPTIONAL 26 question survey questionnaire is also an option.\u00a0 (NOTE: YOU DO NOT<\/span> HAVE TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DRAWING)<\/strong>. You understand you are providing your information to the Driftless Area Magazine. All entries become the sole property of the Driftless Area Magazine and none will be acknowledged or returned.<\/span><\/p>\n

Limitations on Entries.<\/b>\u00a0 LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS.\u00a0 No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted.\u00a0 Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by the Driftless Area Magazine, will be disqualified.\u00a0 Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

Grand Prize.\u00a0 <\/b>One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of: 1 (one) Delsyk Nifty Kayak.<\/strong><\/span> Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize \u201cas is\u201d and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor the Driftless Area Magazine is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Grand Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1500.00 USD<\/strong><\/span>. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. NO CASH PAYOUT OR CASH VALUE IS EVER AWARDED TO WINNER. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local shipping costs regarding prizes. Drawing.\u00a0 <\/b>Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries at Sponsor\u2019s principal place of business.\u00a0 Sponsor will ONLY have access to choose a winner by NUMBER. This number corresponds to their entry record ID number, which in turn,\u00a0 includes their contact info. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.\u00a0 The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.\u00a0 If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address.\u00a0 If the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by telephone, email, or both.\u00a0 Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone or email within seventy two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor\u2019s discretion. Prize will be available for pick-up at Sponsors location. If prize needs to be delivered, the shipping methods, fees, and any additional charges will be the responsibility of the winner. If prize is not picked-up at Sponsors location within a specific, agreed date and time, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.<\/strong> Due to the nature of some prize offerings, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with any other similar offerings that carry an equal to lesser value.
